A Retail Salesperson plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within a retail environment. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

Product Knowledge:

· Cross-sell and upsell products to increase sales.

Sales and Promotion:

· Actively engaged in selling products to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Promote ongoing store promotions, discounts, and special offers.

· Encourage customers to join loyalty programs or subscribe to newsletters.

· Participate in visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively.

Customer Engagement:

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Follow up with customers on their purchases and address any post-sale concerns.

· Collect customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.
