JOB DESCRPTION :

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategically important clients within the FMCG sector. This role involves driving sales growth, optimizing account profitability, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and business objectives.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs by developing strategic sales plans tailored to each key account. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the product portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks. Use insights to inform account strategies and product positioning.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports and manage budgets effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supply chain and inventory align with demand forecasts.
  • Lead contract negotiations with key accounts, ensuring profitable agreements that align with company objectives. Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and trade terms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of account plans and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and account reviews. Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve account performance.
  • Identify potential new key accounts and develop strategies to onboard them, expanding the company's footprint in the FMCG sector.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG industry or a general trading company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • UAE Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
