Leasing Administration Officer (Full-time) – Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team at theSANDWASH, where culture, commerce, and community converge. This pivotal role involves managing a range of facilities including 35 warehouses, various tenant spaces, and communal areas, making it ideal for a versatile and experienced property management professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease Management: Oversee the leasing process from prospecting to signing, ensuring smooth transactions and high tenant satisfaction.
  • Tenant Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests to ensure excellent service and support.
  • Contract Compliance: Manage lease renewals, ensure all leases comply with contractual obligations, and maintain detailed records.
  • Facility Oversight: Supervise facility operations including security, maintenance, and vendor management, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with government agencies to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Event Space Coordination: Manage the use of common areas for events, optimizing their commercial potential while maintaining a community-focused atmosphere.
  • Market Strategy Participation: Monitor market trends and participate in setting leasing strategies to remain competitive and attractive.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative duties such as processing leases, issuing reminders for renewals, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in leasing management, ideally within a mall or mixed-use development environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiar with local real estate laws and regulations.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience in managing cultural and public event spaces.
  • Background in managing diverse tenant types including retail, fitness, and food service operations.
