Sky View Real Estate, is looking for a Leasing Consultant

Organize leasing operations in order to meet agreed-upon revenue goals while staying under budgeted costs.

UAE Driving license is must.

Responsibilities:

• Should have good knowledge of Leasing.
• Understanding requirements from DDA, DCD, DED & DEWA authorities.
• Ability to source retail properties through various means and networks.
• Excellent analytical skills and numerical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent Negotiation skills with a strong background in customer service.
• Advanced Communication skills in English and Arabic would be advantageous
• Carry out market intelligence to establish and determine market trends and practices to advise the right rental value for Retail Units.
• Should have skills in handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting.

Requirements:

• The ability to plan and negotiate and the knowledge of the real estate market.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Relationship building skills
• Track record of continuous improvement and learning
• Excellent work ethic
• Productivity oriented
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
