Property Management

Creating Form A, B, F (MOU), I (agent to agent) and Tenancy contract online or manual as required.

Composing, editing and drafting letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.

Assisting agents with secondary market process & procedures.

Managing records secondary inventory and handling request and queries for the same.

Screen and direct listing phone calls and leads from portals.

Creating property advertisements on various portals and managing CRM leads and inquires.

Creating and maintaining spread sheets on Excel and reporting to the Sales Team VP .

Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals controls.

Calling Landlords, checking availability, arranging viewings.

Editing property pictures. Secretary duties

Managing queries of clients on her behalf and redirecting them when appropriate.

Keeping records of all leasing/ selling properties and managing portals.

- Preparing Tenancy contract for agents when required - Preparing Contract A, B & F for agents when required - The candidate should well verse Property finder, Bayut, Dubbizle
