Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
Scheduling the maintenance works
Coordinate and Managing the maintenance team
Responding to maintenance calls and emails
Follow up with Maintenance team to ensure the work is completed on time
Coordination with landlords and tenants regarding the maintenance works
Outsourcing the works when required
Coordination with contractor and ensure the work is completed on time
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Coordination with the accounts department to release the necessary payment
Preparing the security deposit refund estimation.
Preparing and Maintaining multiple reports related to maintenance.
Charging/Generating the invoices in the accounting software’s.
Arranging maintenance for the newly rented units
Preparing and sharing the move in and move out reports with the tenants
Cross verifying the vendor invoices before releasing the payments.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of building systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Must have experience in building maintenance requirements
Willing to work as 80% office and 20% field work ( Sometime if required)
Education and Experience:
Minimum Graduation Degree is preferable
At least two years of maintenance/related experience in UAE preferred
Strong Knowledge of handling Official Correspondence (Emails, Calls and mailshots).
Knowledge on basic MS Office functions
English/Hindi/Arabic Language preferred
Asians are preferred
Driving License will be an added advantage
