We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator/ Document Controller to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient sales processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparing and distributing sales documents, proposals and presentations.
  • Processing sales orders.
  • Tracking sales performance metrics and preparing regular reports.
  • Preparing and summarize data in CRM and MS Excel for submitting to the management.
  • Organizing and maintaining data files and records.
  • Generating reports and extracting data as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree , Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering or Mechanical.
  • Essential experience with ERP system ,CRM and MS Excel
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Sales Coordinator: 4 years (Required)
