We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator cum Receptionist fluent inEnglish and Arabic speaker to join in clinic.

Job Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator cum Receptionist, you will play a dual role in our clinic. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Additionally, you will assist with various marketing activities to promote our clinic’s services and enhance our online and offline presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.

Marketing Duties:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage and update the clinic’s social media accounts and website.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures and newsletters.
  • Coordinate events and workshops to promote the clinic’s services.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic speaker is a MUST!
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Proven experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.
