Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy:

a. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract leisure and business travelers.

b. Collaborate with senior management to set marketing objectives and budgets.

2. Digital Marketing:

a. Oversee the resort's digital presence, including the website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.

b. Optimize online content to improve search engine ranking and user engagement.

3. Guest Engagement:

a. Develop and maintain relationships with past and potential guests.

b. Implement guest feedback mechanisms and manage online reviews and ratings.

c. Ensure that content reflects the resort's unique features and experiences.

4. Advertising and Partnerships:

a. Manage advertising campaigns across various media channels.

b. Cultivate partnerships with travel agencies, influencers, and affiliates to expand our reach.

5. Market Analysis:

a. Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.

b. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
