Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance:Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery, production equipment, and tools to ensure they function efficiently and safely.
Develop and follow a routine maintenance schedule to minimize equipment breakdowns and disruptions to production.
Preventive Maintenance:Establish and implement a preventive maintenance program to prolong the lifespan of machinery and equipment.
Identify critical maintenance tasks and create maintenance plans for each piece of equipment.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Conduct complex repairs or coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs.
Spare Parts Management:Manage an inventory of spare parts and supplies required for maintenance and repair work.
Order, organize, and maintain an adequate stock of spare parts to minimize downtime.
Safety and Compliance:Ensure that machinery and equipment comply with safety standards and regulations.
