Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinator (Spare parts store & MEM)
  • Assist Fleet & MEM supervisor in leading, directing and overseeing the MEM workshop activities including the MEM & spare parts store keeping in mind the objective to Support Sales team and engineering.
  • Sustain best practice processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Plans the freezer/chiller delivery.
  • Supporting sales Team to meet Customer’s requirement and MEM Activities.
  • Supporting engineering department to spare parts stocking
  • Fully utilize the equipment asset base and keep proper documentation.
  • Ensure equipment and spare parts availability to maintain MEM equipment & store.
  • Prepare scrap lists in coordination with finance and as per compliance regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 years of experience on similar position.
  • FMCG Experience.
  • Smart, hardworking, committed, and dedicated.
  • Administration Skills.
  • Good communication skills.
