We are looking for an admin for the Gummy Bear Nursery. You can either drop your cv or Walk in.

Expected Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiries from parents, staff, and external agencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process new staff and child starters and leavers, ensuring that all relevant paperwork and records are completed and updated.
  • Maintain change of attendance and payments for children and staff, using appropriate software and systems.
  • Be responsible for petty cash, invoicing, and budget management.
  • Print and distribute materials for nursery rooms, such as newsletters, flyers, and activity plans.
  • Carry out parent inductions and process paperwork, such as registration forms, consent forms, and feedback forms.
  • Support the nursery manager and the early years coordinator with administrative tasks, such as data entry, analysis, reporting, and filing.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, such as health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection.
  • Promote the nursery’s services and activities to potential and existing customers, using various channels and methods.
