Administrative Support:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and calendars for staff.

Office Management:

Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.

Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for employees as needed.

Organize company events and gatherings.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping:

Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.

Accurately input and update data in databases and spreadsheets.

Assist in preparing financial reports and expense tracking.


Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and visitors.

Distribute internal communications and announcements.

Visitor and Guest Services:

Greet and assist visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Manage visitor access and sign-in procedures.
