As a Telecaller at Trinity Homes Properties, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts through effective telephone communication. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and persuading them to explore our premier property offerings. Job Responsibilities:
* Making outbound calls: Telecallers initiate calls to potential customers or existing clients, using a script or set of talking points to convey information.
* Customer assistance: Some telecallers handle incoming calls, providing customer support, answering inquiries, and addressing issues or complaints.
* Follow-up: Telecallers often conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, resolve issues, or gather additional information.
* Reporting: Providing regular reports on call outcomes, leads generated, and customer.
* Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to office staff and management, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
* Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and routing them to the appropriate individuals.
*Office Organization: Maintaining office supplies, ordering new supplies as needed, and ensuring the office is neat and organized.
*Reception: Greeting visitors, clients, and customers, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
*Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
*Technology Skills: Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software and tools as required: Assisting in resolving office-related issues and challenges.
*Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues and supporting them in their tasks as needed.
*Lead Generation:* Making outbound calls to potential real estates leads, such as property buyers, sellers, and investors, to identify interested parties.
*Customer Qualification:* Qualifying leads by asking questions to determine their specific real estate needs and preferences.
*Market Research:* Staying informed about the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and competitor offerings.
