Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Computerized Document Filing: Manage electronic filing systems, ensuring proper organization and quick retrieval of documents.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Hindi and English for effective communication with laborers in Hindi and customers in English.
  • Communication: Engage in clear and courteous communication with laborers and customers, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere.
  • Delivery Paper Handling: Assist in handling delivery paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to emails, maintaining a professional tone and ensuring timely communication.
  • Multitasking: Perform various office tasks as assigned, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of high school education.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of basic office software.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary Range:

AED 1200 - AED 1500
