Job Description:
Process visas for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
To manage client’s documentation file records and update about the status of pending documents to the respective authority.
Data Management.
Assisting and coordinating with the sales team regarding updates of their clients.
Basic knowledge of financial and accounting.
Review and verify client documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and provide assistance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canvas for creating and managing documents.
Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Continuously update knowledge of visa regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications: Education level- Must have completed graduation (preferably B.COM/MBA) Specific skills: Excellent communication preferably Hindi, English Proficiency in Microsoft office, and Canvas for creating and managing documents.
