Position Overview:
The Operation & Marketing Manager for the Education Support Services Institute will oversee daily operations and develop marketing strategies to enhance the institute's visibility, growth, and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing both internal processes and external marketing initiatives. Must have good relations & influence with school's management/principal to get tie-ups with our institute .

Qualifications:

Master/bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in operations and marketing, within the education support services institute Dubai.
- Proven track record of managing teams and projects successfully.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Office-based with occasional travel for events and meetings.
- Flexible working hours may be required to meet operational and marketing deadlines.
