Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding staffing needs.
  • Coordinate workforce scheduling and deployment to meet client requirements.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, and local labor laws.
  • Prepare reports on workforce performance and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with HR for recruitment aligned with client demands.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction through regular communication and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in workforce coordination or client relations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
