Full job description

We are seeking a creative and driven Outdoor Sales person for Home Appliances, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of home appliances to customers in outdoor settings. You will engage with potential customers, demonstrate product features, and drive sales to meet or exceed targets. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering superior service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote and sell home appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and air conditioners.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through outdoor marketing efforts, such as door-to-door sales, street promotion, and participation in local events.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and functionalities to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by explaining pricing, warranty terms, and financing options.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Maintain a clean and organized outdoor sales area, including product displays and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the indoor sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as outlined by the management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the retail industry or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Basic knowledge of home appliances and their features.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
