Job Description
  • Responsible for raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement records
  • Assists in contractor selections by gathering procurement specifications and tender bids received from suppliers.
  • Communicate with customers about order status
  • Negotiating price changes with suppliers when costs fluctuate significantly
  • Work closely with the Procurement Manager and team of buyers and suppliers to ensure the best possible prices
  • Manage Vendors
  • Review supplier proposals and invoices
  • Track and report budgets by month, budget variance, and actual budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Open new accounts as needed
