Job Description

Duties:

1. Lead the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.

2. Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes.

3. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality and to negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to forecast demand.

5. Identify potential suppliers and conduct supplier evaluations and audits.

6. Collaborate with internal departments to understand and forecast procurement needs.

7. Monitor order status, track deliveries, process invoices and promptly address discrepancies or delays.

8. Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews, and analysis to assess their quality.

9. Coordinating with shipping agencies to ensure timely deliveries and overseeing the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.

10. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.

Requirements:

1. With experience on handling international and local purchases.

2. Having medical trading experience is an advantage.

3. College level.

4. With UAE Driving License.

5. Can join immediately.
