Role Summary:
Manage data within the AX product information management system and ensure it’s up to date and accurate.
Job Description:
The Position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
• Adhering to the company’s brand and coding policy and procedures during the code creation process.
• Work closely with the technical team & IT team to ensure all required fields are completed as part of the code creation process.
• Support CAD designer and Graphic designer when needed.
• Complete/update required fields within AX product information system.
• Facilitating changes to attain the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, control, and compliance.
• Execute your duties in accordance with Sanipex Group’s Environment & Quality Policies.
Core Competencies:
• Must have good product knowledge and experience with the AX/Code Creation system.
• Previous work experience in AutoCAD and Photoshop will be preferred.
• Creative and with the desire to continuously improve.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
• To complete given tasks within the agreed time frame
• Multi-tasking and strong organizational skills.
