Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager at Elevate DMC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our travel offerings and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our company's goals and vision for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products.
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute new travel products and services, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from idea on to launch, maintenance, while consistently monitoring performance and making data- driven improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboraon: Work closely with sales, markeng, and operaons teams to ensure successful product launches and effective markeng campaigns.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to make informed decisions and prioritize product enhancements.
Budget Management: Manage the product budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective product development and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the travel industry or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in project management and product management tools.
A passion for travel and a deep understanding of travel trends and customer preferences.
