Requirements:

  • Oversee and manage commercial property-related documents, including rental agreements, sales deeds, authority approvals, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with real estate agencies, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to enhance business partnerships.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the design team to ensure the property units are prepared according to specifications. Collaborate closely with the fit-out team to facilitate smooth implementation.
  • Handle negotiations and management of contracts related to commercial property transactions, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Utilize advanced data management tools and analytics to support decision-making processes within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Education & Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate, with a strong background in Property Management.
  • Proficiency in commercial property-related contracts, including rental agreements, sales deeds, authority approvals, and coordination with design and fit-out teams. Has a deep understanding of UAE commercial real estate practices.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools is essential.
  • Exceptional time management skills, allowing efficient multitasking and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Note: Candidates with experience in dealing with Commercial Properties will be given preference
