Property Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing/ renting property for the right price under the best terms.
• Knowledge of documents such as contracts, agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Showing properties to potential renters and buyers.
• Advertise properties on online portals (Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut).
• Building and maintaining a network of clients.
• Achieving monthly targets.
• Aggressively performing cold calling and client meetings.
• Remain knowledgeable about the UAE real estate market and practices.

Requirements:

• UAE experience as a real estate agent (Min 1 year).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge of and execution of successful development strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong command of english business language.
