Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting of properties. You will use your expertise to assess clients' needs, present suitable property options, and negotiate deals that meet both parties' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads to expand the client base
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
• Negotiate offers and close deals ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Provide professional advice and guidance to clients throughout the transaction process
• Prepare necessary paperwork and ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements

• 50/50 commission for leads provided by the company.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a real estate agent at least 6 months.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Real Estate knowledge and stay updated with latest developer Projects in Dubai and UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED50,000.00 per month
