We are looking for dedicated Property Consultants for Dubai real estate market, with at least 1 year of real estate sales experience. As a Property Consultant, you will act as the client's advocate throughout the property buying process, providing guidance, expertise, and negotiation skills to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide property management consulting services to clients
Assess and evaluate client properties to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement property management strategies and plans
- Advise clients on property maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist clients with budgeting and financial planning for their properties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective property management
Requirements:
- Proven experience of real estate industry
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of Dubai Real estate market is mandatory
