Key Responsibilities

  • Close deals effectively, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the transaction terms.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify property values and trends.
  • Analyze market data to determine competitive pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest market developments and real estate regulations.
  • Property Management:
  • Coordinate with property owners for property listings.
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for viewing.
  • Manage property documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in staging properties to enhance their appeal to potential buyers.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with legal and financial professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to property sales, such as paperwork and documentation.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Offer guidance and support to clients regarding financing options and legal procedures.
