Elite Equities Real Estate seeks a motivated and dedicated female Real Estate Sales Agent to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for real estate and a strong drive to succeed. As a female Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:
* Convince clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
* Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties to prospective buyers or tenants.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
* Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are handled efficiently.
* Prepare and manage necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
* Two years of solid experience in the Dubai real estate sector.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
