Responsibilities of Real Estate, Sales Manager:

  • Leading and Managing the Sales team
  • The Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, training and supervising the sales team to ensure they have the neccessary skills and knowledge to meet sales target
  • Setting sales target: The sales Manager set targets for the team and monitor progress towards achieving these targets
  • Developing sales strategies: The Sales Manager develops and implements sales strategies to achieve sales target, such as identifying target markets, creating sales plans
  • Train Sales team
  • Building and Maintain Client Relationship, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive excellent customer service
  • Managing the sales pipeline: ensuring that the leads are followed up and that opportunities are converted into sales
  • The Sales Manager analyzes sales data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
  • Collabrating with other departments: The Sales Manager works closely to other departments to ensure the sales objectives are aligned with overall goals of the company
  • Staying Up-to-date with market trends, industry development and competitor activity and uses this information to inform sales strategies
  • Reporting to Senior Management: The Sales Manager provides regular reports to Senior Management on sales performance, market trends and other relevant in formation
  • Meeting sales target
