The Receptionist at DMCC Company Needed

If you are dedicated, well organized and looking to work as a receptionist, this is a great opportunity for you! You should have 1-2 years of experience working as a receptionist/administrative support in UAE, good communication skills, to be organized and responsible. FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls/emails and handling queries
  • Office upkeep
  • Greeting & looking after visitors
  • Assisting the Manager with daily working tasks
  • Setting up internal meetings
  • Ordering office equipment
  • Setting up client meetings & conference calls
  • General admin work

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience at a similar position
  • Organized & excellent time management skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Customer service experience preferable
  • Friendly and well-spoken.
  • Attention to detail when multitasking
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
