3. Effectively communicate with clients and guests, ensuring their needs are addressed.
4. Provide general administrative support, including handling mail, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
5. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests.
6. Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including arranging catering and ensuring meeting rooms are set up appropriately.
7. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow within the organization.
8. Utilize bilingual skills to assist in translating documents or messages as needed.
9. Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
10. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in spoken and written Arabic and English.
2. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Familiarity with basic office equipment and computer applications.
6. Positive and welcoming demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
