  • Serves clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notify Vet Team of patients arrival and inquiries.
  • Maintains telecommunications system.
  • Follow procedures, monitoring logbook and appointment agenda
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assists in setting up a new client .
  • Maintains financial database records.
  • Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary.
  • Answers phone calls, customer questions and book & confirms customer appointments.
  • Engages in staff training.
  • Performs additional duties when required.
