Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
  • Greet and assist customers who visit the office.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, such as scheduling appointments, preparing meeting rooms, and copying and faxing documents.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure that it is clean and presentable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (Preferred)
