  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude
  • Answer and redirect phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
  • Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable at all times
  • Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations for senior staff.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, restocking as necessary
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
  • Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs.

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
