Job Description

Receptionist and administrative assistant is responsible for providing support to an organization or executive, the following duties are expected:

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining calendars
  • Filing and organizing paperwork and documents
  • Creating reports, spreadsheets, and other documents
  • Assisting with project coordination and management
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning, following up with tasks given by management, other duties
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Must Have:

  • Good Appearance - A MUST
  • Driving License - A MUST
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, - A MUST
  • A degree or certificate in business administration or a related field is preferred.
