  • Greet clients and visitors professionally.
  • Answer calls, transfer to relevant personnel.
  • Manage reception area and office supplies.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and scheduling.
  • Maintain client records and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous receptionist or similar experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
