- Arrange contracts with local rental platforms
- Publish, maintain and update units on local rental platforms (dubizzle/property finder/bayut)
- Propose, monitor, negotiate monthly rents with clients
- Accept calls and provide information to clients on availability and price, offer alternatives
- Arrange viewings
- Sign monthly agreements with clients
- Ensure rent and security deposits collection
- Prepare invoices and receipts
- Report to management
