Job Description

We are Tourism Company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Executive/Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for managing reservations and ensuring exceptional customer service for guests, companies, and travel agents who contact us through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Handling: Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
Accurately record and confirm reservations, ensuring all guest information is correct.
Provide information about available packages, room types, and rates to assist customers in making informed decisions

Customer Service

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain an updated inventory of available rooms, packages, and services.
  • Processes reservations by email, telephone, or central reservation systems referral.
  • Help with accommodation queries
  • Creates and maintains reservation records
  • Create or maintain relationships with new, existing and potential clients
  • Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Reservation Executive for at least 1 years
  • Energetic and work efficiently and enthusiastically
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a reservation or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
