We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Executive with a passion for the perfume industry to join our team.
Applicant must have atleast 4 to 5 years of expereince preferably in perfume industry.
Greet and assist customers providing product information, recommendations, and demonstrations as needed.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including various perfumes, scents, and related products, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable products to meet those needs.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging product displays and ensuring shelves are well-stocked.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the perfume industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
A passion for the perfume industry and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
