ASTUDIO, the leading luxury lifestyle digital agency in the region, is looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator – someone with the smarts to generate sales leads, a talent for sourcing new opportunities and a passion for building new customer relationships. Does that sound like you?

What you need to do:

  • Work closely with the Head of Accounts to develop new business and long-term account opportunities focused on financial gain
  • Grow our business by researching leads, establishing rapport with potential clients, and arranging chemistry meetings
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financials
  • Meet and exceed targets and budgets
  • Work efficiently with the creative team to ensure the client’s requirement are delivered on brief and on time
  • Develop quotes and proposals for new clients
  • Create winning proposals and RFPs to gain new business
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • A minimum of 4 years in relevant industry i.e., media production, marketing, and advertising
  • Experience in managing RFPs / sales for governmental clients is an added bonus
  • Previous experience in a video production / digital agency is essential
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to be flexible and seek alternative options to problems
