Job Summary:

As a Sales Coordinator with a focus on the lubricants industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and enhance overall sales efficiency. Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services.

Assist in managing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales Support:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.

Communicate with relevant stakeholders to manage stock levels and prevent shortages.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to sales transactions, contracts, and agreements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Reporting:

Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets.

Present findings to the sales team and management, offering insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role within the lubricants industry.

Strong understanding of lubricants products and industry dynamics.
