Job Description

1. Prepare quotations on behalf of all sales executives and Sales Manager and ensure customer receives the same with a copy to the originator.

2. Receive and act upon LPOs, ensuring all documents are valid and the necessary approvals are obtained before arranging the vehicle/service delivery.

3. Organise deliveries on time in coordination with the operations department. Follow up until satisfactorily services has been delivered and intimae the same to the originator.

4. Receive enquiries and follow up with the customers on existing quotes in the absence of sales team in office, and also persuade them for new business leads.

5. Prepare quotations, tenders, etc in par with the company's price list and in consultation with the Sales Manager and in coordination with tendering department

6. Ensure that the tenders and quotations are submitted on time and follow up with the tendering department also to make it happen.

7.Maintain excellent customer relationship and follow-up with existing and potential clients intensively.

8.Ensure timely payment from the customers and make regular follow up for the same.

9. Ensure prompt and polite response to customer queries and complaints.

10. Regularly follow up with the sales team and customers for a long term business relationship.

11.Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to corporate clients.

12. Do daily cold calls to companies to identify potential leasing opportunities and communicate the generated leads to the Sales Managers on daily basis in a report format.

13. Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure a streamlined sales process
