JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES COORDINATOR
1. Handle key accounts and establish customer relationships to increase sales
2. Provide solutions to customer claims and queries
3. Make sure all requests are captured accurately.
4. Handle sales process documentation
5. Serve as the link between the company's customers and the office through correspondence.
6. Direct the sales effort with sales management, accounting, and operations
7. Maintain updated database of all customers and their designated areas of coverage.
8. You must be flexible and able to accept to work between Safeway departments as per work required.
