Full job description

  • Assist in report, presentation, and document preparation for both internal and external communications, and in compliance with established brand guidelines.
  • Handle salesforce account of each sales person - adding quotes, drafting quotes, processing orders
  • Manages to communicate with vendors and customers
  • Keep up to date communication and reports
  • Attend to head of Sales needs
  • Point of contact for logistics/shipment of orders
  • 1-2 years Sales Coordinator experience
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Process all orders for accounts and work with customer service to ensure accurate entry and timely shipments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
