Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site dynamic role for a F&B Sales Coordinator at Wayback Burgers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing communication with customers, ensuring food & beverage quality, providing excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards while dinning, overseeing food service operations, soliciting feedbacks from guest, coordinating & managing party hall bookings, developing sales strategies with the Operations manager

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry practices
• Having the knowledge to craft sales and generate more revenue
• Understanding of Food Safety standards
• Experience in Food Service operations
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, organizational and coordinating skills
• Any relevant certifications in the food service industry
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Arabic is not mandatory but preferred.
