Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address customer inquiries.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track and follow up on leads, and update CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies and approaches.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including key performance indicators, sales metrics, and forecasts, to provide insights and drive decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of sales initiatives.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Prior experience in Marketing Agency is a plus.
