Key Responsibilities:

# Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Utilize your industry experience to identify target markets, potential clients, and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage your network and industry insights to create tailored sales approaches for different customer segments.

# Client Relationship Management:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients through targeted outreach, leveraging your industry connections.
  • Manage existing client accounts, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product solutions.

# Product Expertise and Presentation:

  • Showcase a deep understanding of apparel, accessories, non-apparel items, and sustainable products.
  • Articulate our products’ unique features, benefits, and sustainability aspects to engage and educate clients.

# Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure:

  • Lead negotiation processes to secure favorable pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of customized proposals that meet client requirements while upholding profitability.

# Market Insights and Strategy:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive dynamics to provide valuable insights to the management team.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and product offerings based on market demands and customer preferences.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience within the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
