Sales Executive – Handbag, Footwear & Fashion Accessories, Non-Apparel
Key Responsibilities:
# Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Utilize your industry experience to identify target markets, potential clients, and growth opportunities.
- Leverage your network and industry insights to create tailored sales approaches for different customer segments.
# Client Relationship Management:
- Prospect and acquire new clients through targeted outreach, leveraging your industry connections.
- Manage existing client accounts, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product solutions.
# Product Expertise and Presentation:
- Showcase a deep understanding of apparel, accessories, non-apparel items, and sustainable products.
- Articulate our products’ unique features, benefits, and sustainability aspects to engage and educate clients.
# Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Lead negotiation processes to secure favorable pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of customized proposals that meet client requirements while upholding profitability.
# Market Insights and Strategy:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive dynamics to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and product offerings based on market demands and customer preferences.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience within the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
