KPA 1- Customer Relationship Management
Manage all assigned outlets on specified day of the week or as needed
Maintain all client rules and regulations while operating inside the store including informing proper
person (security) of need to operate within the store
Check for any issues – technical, contractual, etc
Evaluate POSM/Contractual visibility and inspect its accordance with company requirements
Note any changes with product in-store status and any other points of concern
Manage & maintain back store stock and evaluate – batches, dates, damages, stock levels
Discuss order requirements with section manager/shelf in charge and make recommendations on
quantities before receiving signoff from manager in charge
Report outlet issues to management if any on a daily basis including POSM & marketing issues
KPA 2- Sales Target Achievements
Evaluate all selling points (FIFO, selling price, distribution, planogram, location, stock level)
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets for assigned outlets
Ensure product visibility through regular stock availability
KPA 3- Collections
Check for any pending or due collections and collect the same
Follow up on all overdue collections for respective outlets
Report collections and payments to accounts and management on a regular basis
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES
1. Minimum 2 + years in FMCG, sales role
2. Driving license; fluent English and secondary language a plus
3 Good knowledge of FMCG market including specifically Retail stores and products
4 Negotiation, selling skills, organized, detailed and punctual, professional and mature
