Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and adopt sales strategy to generate revenue using various customer sales methods
  • Achieve the target that set by the management
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media
  • Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company’s business and growth plans
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for potential customers subject to approval by the management
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most competitive prices.
  • Developing professional customer relationship management by understanding the client’s needs and offering best solutions and support
  • Deal with client’s complaints and obtain feedback from the client to ensure positive results
  • Maintain all the client’s information on the companies centralized database
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better result
  • Attend exhibitions, expos and other related events to represent company
  • Provide periodic completion and industry analytical reports

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this job, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • 3 years of b2b selling experience preferably contact in construction and real estate
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Aggressive approach to achieving the targets
  • Thorough understanding of selling and negotiating techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Preferably Arabic speaking
